Singapore Airlines to Offer Free, Unlimited Wifi to ALL Passengers

May 31, 2023

SINGAPORE, 31 MAY | It appears that Singapore Airlines will be able to clinch the World's Best Airline spot this year after some major improvements to passenger experience coming soon. Besides improving their Economy class meals, the airline will now become the first in the world to offer free, unlimited Wifi across all cabin classes and virtually across the entire aircraft fleet.

Previously, free, unlimited wifi was only offered to passengers in Suites, First and Business classes, with economy class being given up to 2 hours complimentary wifi onboard.

From 1 July, 129 out of the 136 aircraft in the Singapore Airlines main fleet will have this amazing new feature. The 7 remaining aircraft are not fitted with wifi as they are ex-Silk Air Boeing 737-800 aircraft, which will be retired from the SIA fleet shortly, according to the airline.
