Aer Lingus, American Airlines, Finnair, Iberia, British Airways and LEVEL launch new routes between Europe and America

North America & Europe, 14 December 2021 | Aer Lingus, American Airlines, Iberia, Finnair, British Airways and LEVEL have made a joint business agreement to launch more routes between Europe and America. Now, customers have more options for flights between the two continents.

The joint agreement business between for the operation of the routes between Europe and America began in 2010 between American Airlines, British Airways and Iberia, which was joined by Finnair in 2013, LEVEL in 2017 and Aer Lingus in 2021, which allows us to offer customers better connectivity between Europe and the United States, with Aer Lingus, British Airways, Finnair, Iberia and LEVEL operating in Europe and American Airlines.

The following is a list of the new routes to be operated:

Manchester to New York

Daily flights started earlier this month, operated by Aer Lingus using an A321neo.

Manchester to Orlando

Four weekly flights (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) from December 11 2021, operated by Aer Lingus using an A330-300

Charlotte to Rome

Daily flights from April 5 to October 29 2022, operated by American Airlines using a B777-200.

London Heathrow to Portland

Daily flights from June 3 2022 except Thursdays and Saturdays, operated by British Airways using a B787-8.

London Heathrow to Pittsburgh

Four weekly flights from June 3 2022, operated by British Airways using a B787-8.

Helsinki to Dallas

Four flights a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from February 6 2022, operated by Finnair using an A350.

Helsinki to Seattle

Flights on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from June 1 2022, operated by Finnair using an A330.

Barcelona to Los Angeles

Four weekly flights from March 28, operated by LEVEL using an A330.

Iberia will not launch new routes, but will increase flight frequency on flights between Madrid and New York, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Juan de Puerto Rico and Mexico City.
