Airbus Finalises Singapore Airlines' Order for 7 A350 Freighters

SINGAPORE AIRSHOW 2022 (DAY 2) | Airbus has confirmed its deal to sell 7 Airbus A350 Freighters to Singapore Airlines at the Singapore Airshow on 16 February.

Earlier last year, Airbus announced that they will be launching an A350 Freighter to get ahead in the Freighter game and also to participate in the renewal of air cargo fleets.

Among the first to order was Singapore Airlines Cargo. In December last year, the airline agreed to purchase the freighters in a deal that would make it the first airline to operate the type and be the launch customer.

Today, the order has been confirmed in the Singapore Airshow and deliveries are expected to begin once the type is ready.
