Akasa Air Begins Operations to its 14th Destination

INDIA, 19 FEB | India's newest airline- Akasa Air, has begun operations today to its 14th local destination. From today onwards, the airline will operate services from Varanasi to Bengaluru daily, increasing to 2x daily from 1 March.

Yesterday's inaugural flight was operated by VT-YAM, a 3.5 year old Boeing 737 MAX 8. In addition, from 1 March, the flights from Varanasi to Goa daily with a stopover in Bengaluru with no aircraft change required.

Additionally, Akasa Air's meal service, Cafe Akasa launched a Kesar Badam milkshake to celebrate the addition of Varanasi which will be available to all travellers to buy on board or even pre-book in advance.
