AirAsia X Inaugurates Resumption of Kuala Lumpur-Taipei route

December 2, 2022

KUALA LUMPUR, 2 DECEMBER | Yesterday night, AirAsia X resumed its service from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (KUL) to Taipei, Taiwan (TPE). The flight was preceded by a number of celebratory activities for the guests including performances and giveaways.

Taipei has historically always been one of AAX's most popular routes with its renowned culture, food and numerous attractions. The airline carried more than 530,000 guests to/from the city in 2019 alone. The recommencement of the route was announced last month just after Taipei reopened its borders to tourists in October for the first time in over two years.

The route is operated as follows:

D7372 KUL 1800 - 2250 TPE A330-300
D7373 TPE 0005 - 0450 KUL A330-300
