AirAsia India Announces Flights to Surat

SURAT, 20 FEB | AirAsia India, also known as AIX Connect will begin operations to their newest destination- Surat! However, the airline is not a stranger to the area as AirAsia India cancelled their last link to Surat prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.

From 3 March 2023, AIX Connect will operate flights from Bengaluru (BLR)'s new Terminal 2, New Delhi and Kolkata to Surat, using their flagship Airbus A320.

This news comes just after full-service carrier counterpart, Air India announced the cancellation of their Delhi-Surat service. AIX Connect will be competing against Air India Express, IndiGo, SpiceJet and Star Air on flights out of Surat.

Tickets are on sale now.
