airBaltic Receives 2 new Airbus A220-300s

RIGA, 2 DECEMBER | Latvian carrier, airBaltic , has taken delivery of 2 new Airbus A220-300s, making their total A220 fleet count 38. This also makes them have the youngest aircraft fleet in Europe, with an average age of 3.1 years old.

The two new aircraft are YL-ABK and YL-ABL, with both of them being 3 months old.

airBaltic currently is expecting 12 more Airbus A220-300s, with options for 30 more, to join their all-A220 fleet. As of now, one more A220 is being stored in Montreal, and will be delivered to the airline likely by the end of this year.
