Thai Lion Air Launches Direct Flights From Phuket to India

PHUKET, 4 DEC | Thai Lion Air has announced today that it will launch direct flights from Phuket (HKT) to Bengaluru (BLR) and Mumbai (BOM) in 2024.

The airline will operate the route 1x weekly with Boeing 737-800NG aircraft from 15 January 2024. This further expands their Indian network, complementing their direct flights from Bangkok Don Mueang to various Indian cities. As of now, there is no other competitor on the route except for IndiGo, which could pose a major threat as it is India's largest airline.

Phuket to Bengaluru route is as follows:
