EgyptAir Orders Airbus A350s

DUBAI AIRSHOW DAY 2 | November 14, 2023




DUBAI AIRSHOW (Day 2), 14 NOV | As Day 2 of the Dubai Airshow begins, EgyptAir signed a deal with Airbus to purchase 10 Airbus A350-900 aircraft. This is Airbus' first sale of their flagship widebody aircraft at the Dubai Airshow.

The airline's widebody fleet consists of new 787s and aging 777-300ERs with average age of 13.2 years old, so the airline is due for a long haul fleet renewal soon. Therefore, deliveries of the EgyptAir aircraft will begin in 2025.
